"To call Dave a fantastic realtor would not do him justice because he is so much more than an average realtor. This guy is one in a million. Firstly, he moves at lightning speed. You will NEVER find yourself waiting for him to return a call, a text, an email, or to confirm an appointment to see a listing. In fact, usually, he sends you answers before you even ask the questions, seriously. He’s always one step ahead of the game. I want to believe it must be me that I’m special, but no way, I’m sure he does this for ALL his clients. He’s a fighter and a go-getter. Real Estate listings aside, he even sent me resources and recommendations for multiple lenders, appraisals, cleaning services, painters, carpenters, contractors, tree removal services, and on and on. Even after the sale, I still find myself reaching out to him directly. And of course, he always responds quickly and with such a positive attitude. I didn’t believe anyone enjoyed helping people that much anymore, but Dave did. He really, really does enjoy his profession. Honestly, he helped make my dream of owning a slice of heaven, a tiny little piece of BRECK come true even when I was about to walk away once or twice, he pivoted and MADE IT HAPPEN! I could NOT have done it without his drive, knowledge, wisdom, and his professional expertise. I can truly say, he is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with, and I’ve bought/sold approximately 15 properties throughout my life. Seriously, I didn’t just gain my tiny slice of heaven in BRECK, but more importantly, I made a friend with Dave and his lovely wife. I cannot say enough good about this experience and more importantly, a great big “thank you” to this man, Dave Rocconi."
